Why we exist.
In 2017, Max Paterson and Athol Birtley joined forces to create Settify, recognising the potential for innovation in the legal sector. Max, a family lawyer, identified a need for improvement in the initial interactions between clients and their lawyers.
Combining Max’s family law expertise and Athol’s technological skills, they developed Settify, an AI-driven platform designed to simplify and streamline legal processes. Their goal was to modernise the legal profession and enhance human connections by using technology to meet clients when and where they are ready to be met.
